I’m passionate about supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe that every woman deserves to feel empowered and informed as she brings her baby into the world.
As a postpartum doula, I offer a range of services tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
I can help you with breastfeeding techniques, establishing a routine for you and your baby, helping with wrapping & settling your baby, sharing some sleeping techniques and most of all listening to anything that’s on your mind and answering your questions.
IN MY WORK AS A DOULA, MY FOCUS IS ON THE MOTHER.
I want to help her to feel comfortable, nourished, relaxed and appreciated; to facilitate a harmonious transition for both mother and child in those most profound first days and weeks after birth.
How does it work?

Virtual Call
During our first conversation, we will establish exactly where you are in your pregnancy and what support you need. Then I will prepare a draft of my services for you to approve.

Contract
You will receive a draft of our contract that will detail the exact services you will receive, payment schedule, insurance details and all of the important information.

Now that we have all of the important things in one place we can start working together and get you prepared for your birth or any other support you might need.
PACKAGE 05
POSTPARTUM ESSENTIAL
- 3 x Postpartum Doula sessions in your home during business hours (~2 hours each – total 6-9 hours of support)
- Including a birth debrief, breastfeeding care and advise, settling techniques, sleep advise, a high nutritious meal (focused on increasing milk supply), samples and goodies, answer anything to do with the baby but mostly caring for mum and more.
- Clients can book additional postpartum visits directly with their doula.
- At the time of booking, I require a $250 non-refundable deposit. This secures your spot in my diary, and I will not take someone else on during this time.
- Stop past the supermarket to buy groceries or other necessary items you reimburse me.
- In home help such as cooking or folding laundry Other Support as needed.
- Available by phone, text, or email for the duration of these three sessions.
