As a birth doula, I offer a range of services tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
Whether you’re planning a natural birth or exploring your options for pain relief, I’m here to help you make informed decisions and feel confident in your choices.
I believe in working as a team with your healthcare providers to ensure that you receive the highest quality care and support throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.
IN MY WORK AS A DOULA, MY FOCUS IS ON THE MOTHER.
I want to help her to feel comfortable, nourished, relaxed and appreciated; to facilitate a harmonious transition for both mother and child in those most profound first days and weeks after birth.
How does it work?

Virtual Call
During our first conversation, we will establish exactly where you are in your pregnancy and what support you need. Then I will prepare a draft of my services for you to approve.

Contract
You will receive a draft of our contract that will detail the exact services you will receive, payment schedule, insurance details and all of the important information.

Now that we have all of the important things in one place we can start working together and get you prepared for your birth or any other support you might need.
PACKAGE 01
ESSENTIAL ME (Ultimate)
- 1 x Zoom meet and greet ‘get to know you.
- 2 x Prenatal meetings (~2hrs each), which includes birth education for you and your partner i.e. massaging and rebozo technique, assistance in creating birth preferences, and understanding the 4th trimester and more
- My attendance at your birth – I will be there from when you head to the hospital and until your little cherub is safe in your arms. On call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your EDD
- 2 x Postpartum visit (~2 hrs) including a birth debrief, breastfeeding care and advise, settling techniques, sleep advise, a high nutritious meal (focused on increasing milk supply), samples and goodies, answer anything to do with the baby but mostly caring for mum and more.
- Clients can book additional postpartum visits directly with their doula.
- At the time of booking your first prenatal meeting, I require a $250 non-refundable deposit. This secures your spot in my diary, and I will not take on other clients else during this time.

PACKAGE 02
ESSENTIAL ME (Original)

- If you change your mind throughout your journey and do wish to have me present in your birth, we can arrange pending my availability.

PRENATAL ESSENTIAL ME
- Birth Preferences discussion meeting – this can be in person or online with Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp (~3.5 hours)
- Education, discuss and support you on your preferences with understanding the below categories and their subcategories so you can make informed decisions for your journey.
- Environment, birth partner role and support, fetal monitoring, photos and videos, induction, pain relief, tearing and episiotomy, during labour, caesarean birth, after delivery, umbilical cord, feeding, and more.
- Editing and supplying your Birth Preferences document
- Access to resources and other relevant information
